HOW TO BUY ?

Shopping at Thermex e-shop is easy, fast and secure.

• Choose the products you like: use filtration system, product comparison, opinions and comments.
• Add the selected products to your cart. Enter to your cart. Check one more time. Click “Proceed to checkout” to proceed with payment or choose another product. The contents of your cart are saved until the end of the session.
• Fill in your personal data and choose the shipping method (you can take your order on the place or choose delivery by a courier).
• Choose the payment method (online-banking or credit card payment). There is no possibility to pay for your order on the place!

Online-banking   After finishing order you should receive our bank details on your e-mail. Then log into your bank account and make a payment. Credit card payment After ordering please click the appropriate bank link to pay through First Data.

• Enter all requested card data.
• You will see already filled payment receipt with the total order sum specified.
• Confirm the payment or cancel it to make necessary changes.

You will receive the original invoice with the product on the place or with the courier. You can request additional soft or hard copy of an invoice through our customer support centre.
